Paid four weeks ago; not shipped; seller continued to list; so not in purchase history;no clue what
A bought a $23000 food trailer advertised as new and ready go; I just happened to run across the same trailer still listed for sale 3 weeks after my money had already cleared my account; I got made and he finally pulled it down , but it must have in some prevented my purchase from ever entering my purchase history, so there is no online help available and it is impossible to ever get live help or actually speak to a real person on eBay, which always been my biggest complaint with eBay… this con has told so many lies now that he is beginning to double back on himself; I have never been so frustrated before. I think this experience might prevent me from ever purchasing another high dollar on eBay again, or at least until they add some type of service that allows customers some method of actually having to speak, not text or message, but actually speak to a real person on the phone… this is exactly why I usually chose Amazon whenever possible. If eBay would add just this one feature to their customer service…dang.
