Paid for two shipping labels by mistake
Hi there, I sold an item and mistakenly paid for two separate shipping labels. Is there a way for me to get refunded for the second label that I paid for but don't need?

Mentor4 months agoFind the unused label in your shipping label list and from the drop down menu click on cancel. The shipping carrier must see that the label as not used which takes 21 days. Once the refund is authorized eBay will let you know and it will be available as a payout.
