Paid for two orders but they don't show up in ebay or any updates in my email.

I can't seem to contact a person to help me with this. My paypal account was charged and everything looked good, but now I don't see anything in my ebay account about these orders! Have others had this issue? How do you reach an agent in EBay?

Is it possible you placed the order using a different eBay account? Or as a guest?

All the feedback in this eBay account is from over five years ago.
