paid for item is not int he records of the seller or Ebay....But it has been taken from my bank

the item I purchased was not received, I contacted the seller who says he has no record of it. when I made the purchase the screen acted oddly, but when I paid at PP, everything looked ok. I saw my TD bank statement and the total of $10.22 is posted and dated 5-4-26....Apparently Ebay has now made it impossible to speak to an agent [live] but AI will help, except it doesn't

Is it possible you made the purchase as a Guest?

Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request, or an Item Not Received case.
