Paid for item but moved to new address

Seller is not responding about shipping back the item to my new address. Tracking said item sent back to sender.

The seller was required to ship to the address that was provided at the time of your payment.

The seller should cancel the transaction and issue a refund. Then you can purchase the item using the correct shipping address during checkout.
