Paid for item but got shipped something else
I paid for an item then got a message from the seller saying their warehouse made a mistake and they’re sending me something else saying if I wanted a refund I could request one after I get the substitute. I messaged back that i only want what I paid for so please refund my money. Haven’t heard anything back.

Mentor1 year agoIf the seller is no longer communicating with you then when you receive the item you file an "Item not as described" case. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to open an “item not as described caseâ€. This overrides the sellers return policy. Go to your Purchase History and find the item. Then under “More actions†click on “Return item†and then select the reason for the return as “doesn't match description". It may ask you to attach a photo so the seller and eBay can see what was received. After this time has passed you would have to go to your payment source to see what help they can give.
