Paid for Cell Phone case and now there is no record of it on eBay!
I purchased a cell phone case that was to arrive yesterday or today. I came out to track it and there is NO record of it even though the money came out of my account! There doesn't seem to be a place to report this on eBay!! What can I do?!?

Mentor2 years agoIs it possible that you made the purchase as a guest?
Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file an Item Not Received case.
