Paid for but not shipped and no record on
Missing orders. I ordered items and have not received them and the order no longer show on Ebay. My credit card has been charged for the items but the items have not been shipped and I can no longer find the orders or Ebay. How can I contact Ebay for an order that no longer shows but I have order numbers for?

When you go to your purchase history you probably see just above you latest purchase eBay's default setting:
If the purchases you are looking for were made more than 60 days ago, click on the down arrow to the right of Last 60 Days and select All or 2026. Then you should be able to find the listings for the items you did not receive. You can click on the Order details buttons for them, to see what the last estimated delivery date was. However if the last estimated dates were more than 30 days ago, you let the time frame for getting refunds through ebay pass. In that case you would have to file for a refund through your card provider.

FYI, you do not search for items by their order number, you do it by Item number. You can find that number in the Order details under the Item title.

Mentor3 weeks agoIs it possible you made the purchase as a Guest?
Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request, or an Item Not Received case.
