Paid for an item, it was delivered to another address and I dont have my money or the item.
On June 15th I bought and immediately paid for a coaster set on eBay. I have tracking on packages through eBay and the United States Postal Service. My item was Delivered to a road next to my road. I quickly contacted the 1-800-222-1811 and reported that my item states that it was delivered but it wasnt in my mailbox or at my home. That person told me that it was delivered on the road next to mine and that she Could Not give me the house number, just the road name. I asked her to please send someone to get it and give it to me as it is my package. She said No. I called the USPS in my town and asked the Postmaster where my package is, he informed me that the package was delivered to an adjacent road and that the name on the package was that persons name. I then contacted eBay and asked that person about my package and she told me that the seller made the postage through eBay and that it was My Name and My Address on the package. The postmaster LIED to me, this is total FRAUD. At this point I am going to call the Police because this is wrong!! The USPS is supposed to get back to me and this is the second day that I am waiting. This is THEFT, and I am NOT getting any kind of help. I am OUT of my money and I do NOT have my purchase! I am totally Not satisfied with this.
