Paid for a Bracelet and Seller Refuses to Ship The Bracelet
Seller is Saying he has all ready Shipped it that is not True Because there's No Shipping History Paid 7/20/ 2026 He has my money AND the Bracelet 12 Days now How is this Fair I have asked for a refund a couple of Times wish he would just do the right think give me a Refund . Toni

OP1 week agoJust now Tried again Item Not Received Your item may still be on its way if you Haven't Received your item by Aug.23 go to your Purchases And Find the item Then Select more actions beside the item and choose I didn't receive it to open a Request Tracking Provided Arrives Wed.Aug.19- Sat. Aug.22 Track Package Last Location : Grosse ILE MI

If you go to the Order Details for this transaction you will see the estimated delivery date. Once it is one day past that date, you can open an Item Not Received refund request on eBay.
The Seller will have three business days to respond with either a valid tracking number showing it's in transit or a full refund. If they don't respond, go back to your request and ask eBay to step in and force the refund from the Seller.
But you need to open that refund request on eBay to start the refund process. Don't let the Seller convince you to close your request.

OP1 week agoI have trying to do what you said way past the Delivery date was Supposed to be 7/23/2026 but I'm in some kind of loop because he's is Saying that it is already Shipped check again this Morning just a few minutes ago and it's still where he lives A Shipping Label has been Prepared for your item A Delivery Date will be Provided when USPS Receives the Package ; USPS Awaiting item Shipping Label Created Grosse ILE , MI 7/22/2026 3:42am Absolutely nothing has happened Since Thank You for Responding to me eBay Won't THEY believe he has shipped . eBay won't believe he has shipped unless he responded to the item not received case with the tracking #. Have you gone into the case and tried to use the Ask eBay to step in link? Have you even opened a case yet? You keep mentioning message, but you must open a case and communicate through it.
Here's what to do...
Check the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History. When that date has passed, you have up to 30 days to use the option next to the transaction to open a case for an item not received. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or refund. If he doesn't, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. eBay will force the refund.
In the comment section of the case, indicate that the tracking shows the seller never shipped.
