Paid extra to post office for shipping although it was free for me when purchased.

The seller didn't charge shipping but charged a bit more for the item to cover costs. Then, tried to send as books to pay less in shipping to where I had to pay $5 in shipping. Is there a way to get refunded from the seller or am I just screwed?

Go to your Purchase history, locate the item, click CONTACT SELLER. Let the seller know that you had to pay $5.00 because she used the wrong shipping method. Include a photo of the Postage Due/receipt. If she does not refund your $5, you can do the following:

Go to your Purchase history, locate the item, click Return this item, because it is Not as Described. The seller has the option of sending a return shipping label or refunding you in full, or giving a partial refund of $5 .
