paid ebay postage cost twice for an item
paid twice for mailing an item by clicking the purchase of the ebay mailing label twice. How can I get my money back for mailing label not used?

Mentor1 year agoCheck first to be sure you have 2 different tracking numbers. You can reprint the same label twice and are only charged once. If you have 2 separate numbers, go to https://www.ebay.com/ship/labels/seller-hub and choose the one you aren't using. Void it. You will get the money in your payouts as a deposit in 2-4 weeks, once the USPS sees you aren't going to use it.

Mentor1 year agoGo to your shipping center in your seller hub. Find the unused label and click on cancel. The USPS will need to see that the label was not used which will take 21 days. eBay will then let you know when the USPS has authorized the refund.
