paid double for shipping, how to get a refund
I sold some bike parts and when buying an ebay shipping label mistakenly bought 2 labels. This showed up on the ebay payout details. How do I get them to refund one of the shipping label fees.

Go to your shipping labels page and find the unused label. In the drop down actions menu is the option to void the label. You have 28 days to void USPS, UPS, and FedEx labels. eBay Standard Envelope labels are non-voidable once they have been printed. If it was a USPS label it will take up to 21 days for them to verify it was not used and send your refund. More details on the page below.

OP4 months agoThanks very much for the advice. I found the page and cancelled the unused shipping label. Now I know to ask this great community rather than do an automated chat that got me no where.
