Paid and received in okay condition
I paid and received a product described as used in very good condition. It was cosmetically dinged, dirty with mechanical parts falling off. The item is no longer made but a collectible that can be fixed by the factory. I’ve contacted the seller 3x with no response yet. I want to keep the product but I’m bothered by the misleading pictures, the price I paid and the condition of the item. Do I have any recourse besides a full EBay refund and a bad review??

Your only recourse is to file a Return Request so you can return it for a full refund or keep it.
