Being a an eBay user since 1998, this is the absolute worst I've have experienced and am questioning my commitment to stay with eBay for 25+ years. It seems I have to wait 7 business days from the time I paid to create a case. For $2,200 which ascends into the level of Grand Larceny (FELONY), this delay should NOT be in place.
