How do I select a shipping option for different sizes of padded envelopes/mailers and tubes?

Padded envelopes, mailers and tubes are packages. You enter weight and dimensions just as if it was a box, and select the shipping service you want to use, unless they are flat rate envelopes or mailers - then you would select that flat rate service.
usps provided triangular tubes are priority mail or express mail.
