If eBay charges shipping to the buyer,why do I pay for it with the label?? Then the buyer pays for shipping and the seller to??

You can buy your labels wherever you like, but eBay offers discounted labels. You pay quite a bit less if you buy them on eBay rather than at the carrier.

The buyer pays YOU for shipping and you use that money to buy the label.
