Packet not delivered bogus tracking number
I bought a video card from someone they provided a tracking number. That tracking number actually shows it was delivered to my town. I tried contacting the seller. They won’t get back to me. I contact. I also contacted FedEx about the tracking number. FedEx told me it was not delivered to my address And his address to another individual I put a claim in for reimbursement it was denied then I appealed it. It was also denied. What do I do in this situation? The seller is a scammer and has had issues with other people.

OP11 months agoAlso, the seller sent me a message said they delivered it to a local agent and they would deliver it to me and then I never heard anything else
