Buyers are responsible for packaging their returns. When you buy online, never toss the packaging materials until you know the item will not be returned. If you no longer have it, you will need to buy replacement materials.
UPS offers packing services, but they will expect you to ship ups - you can choose ups if you are responsible for the return shipping, but that would be pricey because you would be paying the retail rates.
What kind of item are you returning?
