One (only one) of my buyers trashed me for "abhorrent" packing materials. I sell comic books, and there has never been an issue with a damaged item. I have been shipping the comic book in a plastic bag in a manila mailing envelope with a cardboard stiffiner inside. Is this substandard? How can I (or should I) improve.
