Packages not being delivered
So lately I've been having all types of issues with ebay. Basically all my purchases as of the last like 4 months are nothing but a nightmare. Late packages and some simply not showing up. can anyone direct me to how I can speak with an actual agent for ebay and not the stupid computer system that only gets confused on every other word you send it ?

Mentor1 year agoThis is a USPS problem. I have had some issues with my sold items as well. As instructed, you are protected with the eBay 30 day money back guarantee. Unfortunately it is the seller who takes the hit on this rather than the USPS.

If you go to the Order Details of a purchase you have made, it will show you the estimated delivery date. Once it is one day past that date, you can open an Item Not Received refund request. The Seller will have three business days to respond with either a valid tracking number showing it's about to be delivered or a full refund.
If the Seller does neither, on the 4th day, go back to your request and ask eBay to step in to force the refund. Receiving your eBay purchases in a timely manner is part of your Buyer Protection under the eBay 30-day Money Back Guarantee.
You must open the refund request on eBay though, for eBay to get involved.
