Packages given multiple delivery signs
I have ordered a package mystery package August 7 said it was delivered on eBay and when it came to my app shop so it was still out for delivery. They are claiming that I received my package and I did not receive no package unless they put it in a locker or a got Delivered to the wrong person. Now I’m being declined for a full refund and when I try to communicate with the seller on August 7 to let them know I did not receive my package. It was impossible for me to get in contact with the seller like there was a block where I cannot reach them. My package show it was delivered August 14 or the 17th. I’m sorry I might got something confused it was delivered at 9:30 AM in the morning but the delivery time said 10:14 AM I went downstairs before 10:14 AM and still no package but how can a package be delivered 10:14 AM and I got the notification at 9:30 AM in the morning, please help me
