I ordered something on 8/13/2025 and it says a label has been created usps waiting on item,it has been showing this in tracking since 8/14/2025 the seller has my payment but hasn’t sent my order

The piece's location cannot be determined unless the USPS employees scan the tracking code. My experience has been that, in this regard, some employees are less dependable than others. Keep in mind that the tracking isn't for the customer's benefit ... the purpose of tracking is to provide to a seller a defense against fraudulent "not received" claims. Oh, sure, I like to watch the progress of my items as they make their way from each distribution center to the next, but I have to keep reminding myself that if – likely when – tracking doesn't show updating, that doesn't necessarily mean that the package is stalled or lost, all it means is that somebody didn't scan the code.

What is the "Estimated Delivery Date" on the item?
If the item does not arrive, you can use the links below to open an >Item Not Received< request. Be sure to check the status of the request as it progresses (and escalate the case if necessary).
