packaged returned by shipper

Question

This is my first sale on Ebay. I put the item in a priority box even though it was mailed ground advantage.

I have repackaged the item and emailed the buyer.

The tracking info states that the item was delivered. It was returned back to me and not the buyer.

I need a new label and possibly to recalculate the shipping.

I tired the automated assistant, and they kept thinking that the buyer wanted to return the package.

Please Help!

@6peac-43 As you learned priority boxes can only be used when you pay for priority shipping.

You said you have the item back again so what I recommend is go to the sold listing and select print ANOTHER label and select the correct package, weight and size and select Ground Advantage. Be sure to use a PLAIN brown box, it can be any box that fits the item. I reuse a lot of amazon boxes or boxes from grocery stores etc.

Be sure to ask the buyer of they still want the item before you ship. If they don't then I would go to the sold listing and select send refund from the drop down menu next to the sold item.
