Package with UPS Ground Saver prepaid label dropped off at usps
The package with the UPS label was taken to USPS accidentally and a receipt and tracking number was given by them. I realize now he never scanned the package or he would have caught that it was wrong. Their tracking number doesn't show any info because postage was not paid for through them. I contacted the post office where it was dropped off and they said it was in their Indianapolis hub. Held for postage assessment. That was 3 days ago. No updates on either the UPS tracking number or the USPS tracking number. Should I wait a few more days to see if it is returned to me or they give it UPS? Did not know if I should contact the buyer yet or ebay first and issue a refund? The delivery date is 5 days from now. Thanks for your help. I feel bad and have never had this happen before.
