Package wasn't delivered
I didn't receive my order, ups said the package had the wrong address on it. Was delivered to that address not my. Tracking number 1Z37w44f0352826402. I would like my money back the shipping put the wrong address on package.

·3 years agoGet a letter from UPS stating that the package with that tracking number was not addressed to you, but someone else.
File mail fraud and a police report.
Open an Item not receive case, which will probably be closed in the sellers favor, since tracking shows it was delivered.
Once you have the items above, use them to appeal the case.

First, have you tried to reach out to the seller to resolve this? They should have used the address you provided in your eBay account. Please check and confirm the address in your account is correct.
After that, if you have proof that the package was not sent to your address on file, you would need to open an Item Not Received case on the eBay site and provide this information when you make your case. Any information you received from UPS should be submitted. UPS has GPS delivery coordinates on all their tracking so UPS and eBay will be able to see where the package was delivered. If the seller is found at fault, original shipping would be reimbursed.
