Package was signed for at the address the buyer provided, but the buyer claims he hasn't received it

Hi- Is there a customer service number I can call to get help with my issue? Anyone know that number?  I am not sure what to do... I sent the package to my buyer on the day it was supposed to be sent and it arrived on the day it was supposed to. I sent it to the correct address with a signature required. I contacted USPS and they sent me a PDF as proof that someone in the building who identified as the "agent" responsible for packages signed for the package. When I sent all o...

@kbfk_74  < USPS and they sent me a PDF as proof that someone ... signed for the package >     Do you have a tracking number and the tracking says Delivered?  Upload that into the buyer's claim.  I'm assuming the buyer opened a claim because you say eBay has your funds on hold.  I don't know if eBay would accept the PDF, but I'm dubious.
