Package was returned to sender

I sold an item, and it came back to me "Return to sender. Attempted-not known". What do i need to do? How can I charge the buyer for shipping again if deemed necessary? Can I correct the address by myself? What is the best course of action, just refunding the buyer?

@krycur_39. I recommend not canceling the transaction as that issues a full refund.

I suggest you go to the sold item and refund the item price only.

Then message the buyer and let them know that it was relisted if they wish to buy again. You don't have to hold on to the item for the buyer
