Mentor1 year agoThen you need to file an "item not as described" case (the seller did not say they were selling an empty box).
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to open an “item not as described caseâ€. This overrides the sellers return policy. Go to your Purchase History and find the item. Then under “More actions†click on “Return item†and then select the reason for the return as “doesn't match description". It will ask you to attach a photo so the seller and eBay can see what was received.
