Package undeliverable
A package is being return to me by USPS as undeliverable. The buyer still wants it. How do I handle the shipping back to the buyer?

In this situation, it is okay to ask the Buyer for their email address through eBay messaging. Then you can send them a PayPal invoice for the additional postage.
