Package Unable to be Delivered by the Post Office

Question

I shipped an item from the US to Puerto Rico via USPS tot he address provided to eBay by the buyer. The package was not able to be delivered and is returning to me. The buyer is messaging me to resend. What do I do to stay within the eBay system and not get a bad review?

The best and easiest way to handle this is once the package has been returned, refund the Buyer minus any original shipping they paid and then relist the item.

By refunding them, you will get most of your selling fees back. You can send them the link to repurchase once they correct their address in eBay.

You cannot get a neutral or negative feedback for an item that could not be delivered due to a buyer's address mistake. If they do leave you one you can get it removed. open the link below to find out how to do that.
