Package stuck on "USPS awaiting item"

Hello!

I'm really confused. New to ebay here and bid on an item and won. The item said a shipping label was created March 1st and USPS is awaiting item. I was worried after 5 days and messaged the seller (new seller) They said it has been shipped.

Fast forward to the estimated delivery date and it's still stuck on awaiting item. I'm wondering whats going on, or if anyone has had this problem before. Thanks!

Don't get too caught up in the tracking details. Sometimes USPS doesn't scan the item along the way.

Has the estimated date of delivery, as shown in your order details, passed by at lease 24 hours?

IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:

Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history

Select â€œMore actionsâ€ beside your item and then â€œI didn't receive it.â€
Click the box beside I want a refund.
Select Send request.

If the seller does not respond after 3 days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

Find the item in your Purchase History
Select See request details
Select â€œAsk eBay to step in.â€
