Package stuck in customs
A buyer has contacted me saying that their package is stuck in customs and that I need to change their invoice name to show the full name. I printed out the label provided by eBay with the international shipping. I have shipped it and have received the payment already. Googling this issue, it says I can't change the invoice once this has been done. Please advise, thank you!
