package stuck at ebay's international hub for 2 weeks
Hi,
I can't reach anybody at eBay to help with this. I have an international customer who is asking me to check on a shipment that has been stuck at eBay's international hub for two weeks. It hasn't moved from there according to the tracking info. It was delivered there to an agent and that was two weeks ago.
Ebay can't be reached. The AI assistant is anything but intelligent. eBay's self-help section is useless.
Anyone have experience with something like this?
Thank you.

Tracking for the label you printed stops when the hub receives the package. Once the package is processed at the hub, it receives a new label for shipping to the buyer. When you look at the tracking information, scroll down to see if there is a second tracking number.
If not, you can advise the buyer to open an item not received case once the estimated delivery date has passed using the option in the Actions menu next to the transaction in his Purchase History, and eBay will take it from there.
