Package stopped moving
I made a sale, the buyer messaged me today letting me know they never received the package. The package stopped moving on January 15th while "in transit to next facility, Arriving late". I'm new to ebay and tried contacting customer support but it's almost like it doesn't really exist.
So do I refund the buyer and file a claim through USPS or refund the buyer and take the loss?
