Package still not delivered
I have not received the item as of yet. I ordered a Nintendo switch with 9 games. It was supposed to be delivered by November 30th but I have still not received it. USPS shows in transit still. Should I open a package not delivered claim through eBay? How long do I wait to do that?

If November 30th was the estimated delivery date … then you MUST file an ‘Item not received’ claim BEFORE December 30th.
IF tracking shows the package is still moving through the system … AND you paid with either a credit card OR PayPal … you can wait longer to file a claim (with PayPal or your credit card company).
