Package Slips
I just spoke with Customer Service. I am seriously considering terminating my sellers account because Ebay will only allow sellers who buy shipping from them the option to generate a package slip using their software. This is BAD BUSINESS. Package slips ensure the buyer is fully aware of the terms and conditions of the order and the identity of the seller. It is in the best interest of Ebay to allow all its sellers this function for the sake of their buyers. If Ebay offered more competitive shipping rates, I would consider buying postage from them again. Now they are penalizing sellers who choose to buy their shipping elsewhere to the detriment of the buyer.

Mentor3 years agoI often use a different service for my shipping labels, and I have no problem printing a packing list. You just have to use seller hub to do it.
Go to your sold orders - https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:ALL_ORDERS - click the down arrow next to that order and select print packing slip and more.
When you have a 'how to' question, you should try asking here first, where experienced sellers and buyers can help.
