Package size and weight
I packaged a box with 4 puzzles in and the weight is 10 lb and 11 ozs, with dimensions of 20 x 19 x 14. The price for mail exceeds what the buyer paid. Do we cancel the order or let the buyer know what he included does not cover the price for postage.

Mentor3 years agoNeither. You cover the difference yourself. You are not allowed to charge the buyer more than what was shown in your listing.
Every seller has likely made this mistake at least once. It's important to set up your shipping parameters carefully so that this doesn't happen again.
