Package sitting in regional distribution center for almost a week.
When I ordered the item I was given the estimated delivery date between February 14 and February 22. I have been watching the tracker and it says my package is in Austin, TX as of Thursday, February 15. Yeah, I know I'm still within the estimated delivery time, but come on, this is ridiculous. It took the package THREE days to reach Austin from where the seller shipped it from in New Jersey. It should not take a freaking week to process a small package and deliver to the address which is only around 60 miles away! This is completely unacceptable. Why is it taking so freaking long to deliver my package from Austin!?

Mentor2 years ago@mirog4689 There is a MAJOR issue with the new postal sorting center in Houston and I have read that as USPS upgrades to this new system that we might see similar delays throughout the country.
You or the seller can go to the USPS site and do a missing mail search if it has not moved for more than 5 days.
Google Texas Mail Delays and it will bring up a LOT of news stories.
I understand your frustration but this is outside of the sellers control. You do have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request so there is no rush to file one.

This would be a question for the shipping company, not Ebay.
