Package sent to wrong address
I placed an order and delivery was confirmed but I never got it. I think it may have gone to my billing address, not my actual physical address. Contacted seller and explained. They sent second order and delivery was confirmed, but still no package. I suspect it may have gone to that billing address again. I keep getting the same message from seller, ebay and FedEx. "it's been delivered, blah blah". I KNOW that, but now what? Seller told me to contact local post office. Even tho it was sent FedEx? But I did contact PO and guess what - no record of any such package. Ebay keeps telling me to contact seller. Fed Ex tells me it was delivered and signature not required and did a neighbor take it in? NO!
I could have put $20 in a slot machine and not gotten anything in return, but instead I am out a little more than that to some supposedly reputable seller. Not happy.
