Package Returned to Sender - Need to resend to corrected address

Order was mailed through eBay shipping. Buyer sent me an email saying they had moved and did not update address in eBay. Package was Returned to Sender. Now I need to resend this item. Buyer is willing to pay additional shipping fees.

Ask for buyer's email address and send them a PayPal invoice for the cost of reshipping the item.
