Package returned to sender

Has anyone dealt with this issue? I sold some sneakers and sent them USPS, buyers choice. No reason why they were returned. Not sure the best course of action.

What is the reason stamped on the package? If it states Refused: Return to sender, the buyer loses the ebay Money Back Guarantee, but most sellers would refund item price only.

Thanks for the response. The sticker says attempted-not known. Somebody wrote ANK on it.

@chaploose. I would go to the sold item and refund the item price only.

Then relist using sell similar. The buyer can purchase it again with correct address or you can choose to block them.
