    Package Returned to Sender
                     

    I am a seller and a package I shipped was returned to sender (me) Should the buyer pay to reship and How does buyer pay to reship item? Note: The address I used was correct and I don't believe I was as fault. I shipped a book via USPS Priority Mail in a Medium Flat Rate Box.

    When this happens, you can cancel the order for problem with Buyer's address. Then refund minus the original shipping. Then relist it.

    It is recommended that you contact the Buyer to let them know what happened. The Buyer can then purchase again once they correct their address.
