Package returned light.
Lost in the mail, seller punished
Hello, This buyer returned an item he had purchased. Didn't send the complete order, necklace missing, he says necklace was not in the package.
I know it was, I believe this can be proved by the weighing done by post office at time of drop off.
Package when returned weighed an ounce less.
If the same packaging weights less ( exactly what the necklace weighed).
Then I believe the necklace was removed and package sent back to seller.
I have only one complaint in 7 years with Ebay, that was recently for slow
response, I sent her an apology refunded her money and let her keep the item for no charge.
I can't do the same for this gentleman, can't afford to give away a 900$ gold necklace.
Please help me with this, buyers can't get away with claims of not in the package.
How can we avoid this.
I even paid for signature at drop off
