Package returned due to address not found.
I sent a package to a buyer to the address on file with eBay the package was returned by USPS due to a insufficient address. What do I do from here?

Mentor4 months ago@killerc-77 When a package is returned for an "insufficient address," you are not required to refund the original shipping cost, as you shipped to the address provided by the buyer. The best approach is to message the buyer to confirm the correct address, then either re-ship at their cost or refund the item cost only.

OP4 months agoThat's exactly what I did. Buyer was ok with me cancelling the order and he reorder with the right address.
