Package returned because of wrong address supplied by buyer, do you refund shipping cost?
Buyer bought and paid for item & shipping, but the package was returned to us because the buyer didn't correct his address. If we refund the buyer the cost of the item do we also refund the cost of shipping?

Mentor3 years agoDid you contact the buyer to let him/her know that the package was returned? If the buyer still wants the item, s/he will have to send shipping price + new SHIP TO address via your Paypal account. If the buyer does not want to pay to reship, you can refund item price only.

Mentor3 years agoNo you don't have to refund shipping if shipping was stated as a separate charge. If you offered "free" shipping, you can't deduct the shipping from the item price.
