Hello. I sold an Item, it was a large paint, framed. It was not damaged, but the person who boughted returned becasue it said it's damaged. Im afraid he just will keep it and I won't get my money, or what can I do.?

Mentor3 weeks agoDid the buyer just ask you for a refund or did they open an "Item not as described" case? We need to know this information in order to answer your question.
