Package Returned
Hi All
This is my first time using this forum, hoping to get some help. I sent out a package on 1/31 and it was returned today 3/1 as UNC unclaimed and unable to forward. it is an address in West Covina ca. What steps do I need to take now?

Mentor3 years agoYou can refund the buyer for the purchase price (not including shipping if shipping was stated as a separate charge).
You'll find a Send refund link in the dropdown next to the sold order transaction.
