Package refused

Question

Buyer contacts me requesting money back for a refused package. She won’t stop harassing me! How can I let eBay step in to help? Not sure what to do!

When they refused the package they voided the money back guarantee...just block them and move on

Once the buyer refuses the package they lose their eBay Money Back Guaranty protection. However, you really cannot keep both the item and the money so once the item is returned you should refund the buyer less the shipping charge.
