Package refused
I sent the ordered package to the buyer and they refused it. I suppose it didn’t come in the box they expected, don’t know. What do I do now?

Mentor1 year agoRefusing a package voids the ebay 30 days Money Back Guarantee. If the item comes back in the same condition as it was sent, it is up to you if you wish to refund item price only, or not.

OP1 year agoIf I refund the money, does eBay then refund me the money they made off the purchase?

Mentor1 year agoYes, if you refund the buyer the eBay fees applicable to the amount refunded will be credited back to you.
